STRUGGLING TO GET MY MONEY BACK FROM DSTV they are *******

I the have by accident paid into there account on 4 October 2023 about 2 min apart 2 amounts the same R 804.83. They told me to send my bank record with a copy of my ID as well as a letter from the bank that I belong to the bank this was done 4 times already and still today have no answer from them or they keep on saying the money is not showing into there account I must speak to my bank which I did and they confirm the payment was made to DSTV. They are a bunch of ******* and I will never in my live again use them.
