STRUGGLE TO CANCEL CONTRACT

The worst service I have ever experienced. I have been cancelling my DSTV contract now 3 months in a row. They are still deducting the full fee every month. No one in the call center is capable of cancelling a contract. Why do I have to call every month to cancel the contract????? It is such a mission to credit the money every time.
