Stripped from my price lock without notification.

I have been stripped from my price lock and all privileges taken away. I called the call centre twice in the pass two weeks and all they say they can't fix it and will escalate it. The first one also mention that no one will call me i have to call back again. This is now two weeks later, i'm very frustrated as i'm sitting with an explorer that actually can't do anything. This is so annoying.
