Stress and more stress

Yet again after I called and the lady that is working with my account said she made a reminder that no debit order will go off again still a debit order did go off. I was promised 3 mouth for free due to the fact that the sales team don't know what they doing now still 2nd mouth in and still a debit order goes off... Dstv should give me 3 more mouth for Al the stress they are giving me. Since OTC dstv has just give me more stress
