Streaming website payment
saturday 17 June i signed up for the premium streaming package on the DSTV.com website. all that is required is your name, surname, email address and a password to create an account. Very simple and easy, however they cant allocate the payment on my account because they require a Proof of payment which cant be generated from my side because it was done on their website!! Up until today Friday the 23rd every consultant has asked me the same thing, "please send a proof of payment" over and over and over again. Best i can do is a bank statement which shows the R699 but the description is "U://HTTP.WWW"
Money paid, no service
GO FIND THE PAYMENT!!!!
