Streaming service not working: ***

I paid for a DSTV Stream compact package on the 1st of August 2025, but up until today i am unable to stream. My money has gone to waste, because i paid for a service that i cant access! Ive contacted the CallCentre numerous times and none of the agents seems to be able to assist me, instead they promise to call back but never do. There is one Agent that was very rude and seem not to have any interests in helping me her name is Sinazo Guzulu...
