Streaming 'service'

Multichoice offers a streaming service to their subscribers but it is the worse I have ever come across. The [URL Removed] site performs like it was developed by a 7 year old and there is an issue with 2 out of 3 titles. The BIG problems started months ago in Sept2015. They blamed it on a migration process but since then the problems have persisted. Titles are never uploaded, titles won't stream or download and things are generally a mess. To rub salt into the wounds the Live Chat fits in perfect with the streaming service. The same cut and paste response for every single issue - it is due to maintenance. The problems are NEVER solved. They also commit to provide feedback but this never happens. The team lead Neil was replaced by Nhlanhla. I can see why the agents on the live chat is so useless, their team lead inspires it. They would just close the chat if faced with a difficult question that they cannot respond to with a scripted response. Why do you not just stop this service multichoice, you are an embarrassment to technology
