Streaming problems

I am just over the call centre agents in the call centre. They are unfriendly and unhelpful. We have the full package and took out xtra streaming. I never had problems to stream before. If my husband maybe watch sport, I connect to DSTV stream to watch my programmes. Since last week Saturday with the first test between SA and Ireland and now with the second test I couldn't connect. When the rugby was over I could connect again. I want to know is the problem with DSTV or with the different cellphone networks that cannot carry out the high demand in streaming. Normal question. Can someone at DSTV just answer this simple question.
