Streaming is now suddenly IMPOSSIBLE!!!

Over the past month, every single time I have tried to log into my profile to stream, I get this: ALERT! It looks like your credentials did not fully pass our security checks. Kindly reset you password, or contact us at ***

Nobody is explaining why this is happening and nobody is able to assist! If I have to chat you your bots one more time, I am cancelling my contract with you because ***???? We are even paying for an additional streaming account and they too cannot log in but you guys are not explaining WHY or returning money for a service you are NOT RENDERING!!!
