Streaming app terrible!

Can someone please explain to me in the age of streaming how DSTV can be so bad at just getting their streaming app to work properly !? The sorting of sport highlights is probably the worst i’ve ever seen on any app, who the hell hires the guys working on that ? Its like they don’t give a damn at all !!
