Stream not playing

Only 4 channels are playing, I called in the whole of yesterday and was told you experiencing technical issues but it should be resolved in 4-5 hours I then checked after 5 hours still the issue is not resolved and now I’m being told my ID number is incorrect where as I was told that it was sorted on your side, spoke to Hlumelo Mbeta who said the correct details have been updated I did a follow up after that and now I’m told to visit the branch to sort it out, when I was paying there was no issue but now that I need to watch I’m told stories, I’ve been using this account for months now without any issues now you messed up my account and I now need to be inconvenienced, your service is pathetic
