I payed for online stream on the 09-06-2025 Installed app on smart TV It didn't show any Channels.Had a chat with them on live chat, told my TV isn't supported. Asked for refund was told to wait 5-7 working days. They asked me to send proof of payment & Id copy wich I did. Since then. When doing follow up telling me no refund. Mean while they confirmed refund was sent for approval. Never got any response since then. REFERENCE NUMBER :***
