Strange pro rata
I installed DSTV for my mother yesterday 12/06/2020 and to my surprise the pro rata amaount came up to R373 from R399, can someone kindly explain to me how your pro-rata works, I mean we are almost at mid month how is it possible that the pro-rata amount only minused R26?? It doesn’t make sense to me, wasn’t the pro rata amount suppose to be almost half of R399 since we are almost at mid month?? R26 is only 2 days....can you kindly clarify.

The prorata amount depends on your payment date. From what we can see, your payment date is on the 2nd of every month, this means we charge you from the 12th to the 1st.
