Stopped my Subscription but still active on ITC

I canceled my premier subscription over a year ago but my DSTV account i still active at the credit bureau. This is impacting me negatively as my cellphone no. Is being given to other providers who does a credit checkup on my record for deals. This is against POPIA. I called the call center on numbers occassion to cancel my subscription and everything else but it just rings and rings with no answer. It has really been so frustrating dealing with this organization.
