Why do you block my rewind,catch up every week. I am really fed up with your service. It is now the second time I am complaining on Hellopeter. Please just fix the problem.

16 Sept 2022, 17:36Good day I received a call from Dstv and it was said to me that I should pay R108 for my PVR features.. but I explained to the person why did DSTV not explain to me that the discount amount does not include PVR features.... and she could not answer me.. I then asked to speak to a Manager and it was said to me there is no one else to speak to.... and then the phone was dropped.. Dstv is the baddest customer service that you can get.... bad customer service
