Stop On-Air MultiChoice

HelloPeter I had a telesale encounter with OnAir Multi Choice in September 2018, with a Jennal Frank, whereby I was offered an Explora 2, installation & satellite dish. The package arrived on the 5th October 2018- via RAM courier. 3 weeks after the delivery, the decoder was still not installed, nor had the satellite dish arrived. To which I tried calling ***they'd used to make sales with & to which I was unsuccessful. I sent the Explora2 decoder back to OnAir, it arrived on the 22nd October 2018 & was received by a Tyrone. I'm shocked by their request of payment when they didn't even send an installer through. I need help to stop them on their ********** ways of extracting money they don't deserve from me. There is an order number as per transaction. Regards Nomvula
