Even last week yoh gave me thi response, is this some kind of disrespect towards your customers with automated responses .you Said this last week. Yet you keep locking my internet 🤔🤔 cancel my subscription I really dont need this internet anymore .it seems like the problem will continue and you'll keep sag8ng this .cancel it for good .I'll consider other service providers

I was at work and calling me won't solve the problem you guys are doing, right after I report on hellopeter .the network is back foe two hours than after that it is gone .like now there's no internet. And i keep getting messages that my Sim card is locked .due to the fact that it is not used to the registered address how I updated my phone numbers and address last year when I was relocating .I made a call .twice to update my addresses.meaning your consultants are getting paid for playing. Definitely they not working.
So I have no internet. But believe like now .I'm paying you guys very well .so .
Don't call me cancel this internet subscription now .because Definitely as a customer who knows her rights I'm escalating this matter. You know who you'll deal with .
Pity you think customers don't know where to report businesses like you .
