Stop milking the poor , there is no way that I am disconnected for R12.48 this nonsense need to stop. I have been paying cash for more than 5 years never been treated like this . Send my recordings I wanna listen , you never contact anyone back why are the Agents lying to customers promising to call them back??? Train your customer service people to discuss the product properly and explain to customers .
