Stop debit order

I stopped my monthly debit order of R29.00 in the beginning of Februarie 2019. I went in to the offices of Multichoice in Herm**** and was told to phone the number in Cape Town of the head office. It was a lengthy call and I was told that the debit order was now cancelled.

The monthly premium is still going off my account.

I wrote various emails to complain but I have had no response.
