I recently tried to perform a change of ownership on a decoder and apparently there there is an account that is already open under my ID number. This issue I thought was resolved 5 years ago when I tried to open an account with DSTV and they asked that I bring affidavit and my ID document to their branch center. It seems this issue has not been resolved to date.
