Stinking Service by Multichoice

I’ve been having issues with the E143-4 error message for the past four weeks now. Previous setup was as follows: Primary decoder was Explora 1, Secondary Explora 2 on Xtraview then another third Explora 2 on Xtraview. I took all three units to Multichoice Walk-in centre on Wednesday 09/08/2918 and I was told everything is ok & I need to call my installer to check wiring. My installer came , checked & everything is in order. The cabling, splinter etc are fine cannot find anything wrong. I had to pay a call out Fee for nothing. My installer advised me to ask Multichoice to break the link & change one of the Explora 2 to be primary as there’s problems of finding communication or heartbeat from Explora 1. I called on Multichoice on Saturday 11/08/2018 & did as my installer advised, all 3 units on RF Out, everything was ok until yesterday. I then went to Multichoice walk in centre again because the Explora 1 was giving me the E143-4 error message & the third Explora 2 had E48 & was told I only have two decoders loaded on my account. I got frustrated because I’ve been having 3 decoders working perfectly for the past 3 years. Eventually the problem was fixed up until this morning, I still have E143-4 error message on my Explora 1 till now. This is absolutely not on, when is this madness ever going to stop. I guess Multichoice doesn't care about their customers since they do not have competition. This is the real problem we have here in South Africa when we do business with companies that does not have competition.I need some senior technician from Multichoice to contact me urgently and I need answers & this problem resolved as in yesterday. I can’t be paying for Multichoice incompetence.

Hi Rupert I get so ****ed off when people lie to me...no one from Multichoice tried to contact me. My phone is always on & I have been receiving calls from people all along. It is so convenient for Multichoice to can't get hold of me. My number is always the same, ends with 7536. People contact me after 18:00 as I will be home by then to go through the trouble shooting with you.
