Still with empty promises
As they probably have promised to send installer 2 weeks have passed still no outcome about whether I must wait another 3 months to decorder again still no direction were o who is the installer will be I regret the service of multichoice

23 Aug 2022, 20:33For me multichoice has gone from the worse to be the worst as the portrait caring it is eventually they don't give a damn about distraught people as the lady me today said that I must give her 3 hours that was 09:51 & made false promises and apologizie just to wipe out their mess I doubt that they will ever resolve this I need another platform so can take it more seriously I dnt think that they did escalate they say that in a sentence as if they were practicing to lie to customers still for that matter they see that this platform is not serious enough I think best to do is ombudsman

24 Aug 2022, 19:41Seemingly multichoice does see hello Peter platform of complaint in this companys mind is justified by doing escalations that lead to a dead end this what their are cause they not in uniform about information so care for less how can a even a team leader drops a call of a customer it shows that they are not the brand embassaders multichoice should review the work ethics cause not only I can discredit them and as I see this the staff of multichoice I spoke don't give a **** what service is and one said am threatening and said it is promise thanks hello Peter multichoice does see this serious issue am going take to other channels now an escalation didn't help the 1st application expired so this is what they want so two can play this game
