Still waiting...bo service at all.

I wrote a review on 9 Dec. Suddenly someone phoned me at last after I complained on hellopeter, a lady named Amanda. At last there was hope. She understood after a long conversation with her. She said she would investigate, and get back to me, but she didnt say which year she would get back. So i still have a problem. This was my last review: Write a review

Dstv ********ly debits more than allowed, admits to it but still nothing.

For more than 2 months dstv took more money off my debit order ********ly. On 29 November I informed them to rectify it, and still today, after acknowledging that they were wrong, and will rectify it, i still have no answers or refund from dstv price lock. And dont let me get started when i got price lock in the first place, first, on record. They said a dsrv installer will contact ME. Twice the person repeated that. So i received my decoder but no phone call from an installer. When i phoned a 100 times i eventually was told that I was suppose to call the installer. But they can go back to recordings... but they didnt. Which means i paid for dstv for a month but only got connected 15 days later. They also said everything was to be deducted by debit order month end. Suddenly after it was at last installed my dstv was cut! For non payment! After they said it will only be by debit order month end. Then i quickly had to pay an amount to be connected again. Yet again they said i have to pay another amount as well otherwise it will be cut. To say the least i am so over it. Think i should get the little black box or something. How much money do they take from other people not checking their bank accounts? They should seriously give me free dstv for a year to make up for all this **** i am enduring!
