STILL WAITING FOR THE DELIVERY OF THE DSTV EXPLORA R949
<p>I have contacted DSTV on 24 October 2016 to apply for the Explora Package mentioned. Njabulo Phakathi helped me to get all my details and informed me to send through the supporting documents ASAP since i received an SMS that i have been approved. I submitted the documents on 28 October 2016 and again 31 October 2016. Njabulo informed me that I can expect the delivery by 04 November 2016. To my utter disgust i still have not received even after I have phoned nearly 6 times and each call centre agent " escalates" the process and tells me to give it at least 24hrs. Still i have not been informed whether or not the Explora is being dispatched to me. This is ridiculous and disgusting service to have the call centre not being able to assist me at all with anything. Please just send me what i have asked for since the date for the first debit order is so close now and I am still waiting. How many times must i call and make a nuisance of myself!? JUST SEND ME THE EXPLORA!!!!!! or at least inform me what the hell is going on!!!</p>
Hi Dinah, It has nothing to do with the payment. If you thoroughly read my complaint, you will know that I am still waiting for my Explora to be delivered to me, as I was told I could have expected it on the 4th of November 2016. It is now a week later. All I want is the package delivered to me in order to be satisfied. No one responds to my enquiry emails, nor does anyone phone me back. I dont have a problem with the payment of the account. I have a problem with your empty promises and not informing me why I am still waiting for the delivery....
And by the way... "Should you have any queries, please do not hesitate to contact us" I have phoned, many many many times, but your useless call centre cant assist me in any way.... Please just send me the Explora as I have asked for and which have been promised to me sent to me in a specific time phrame.
