Still waiting for the call from Thozama Bopha

Since 7am this morning I have been trying to pair a smart card . I have been pushed from pillar to post from one consultant to the other. Put on hold for 12 minutes or more and the whole team is unable to pair smart card. Useless multichoice consultants
