STILL WAITING FOR MY PRICE LOCK INSTALLATION !!!!!

Still waiting for a reply on my complaint I have logged on the 8th of March. It does not help you leave a reply saying that my complaint is receiving attention , when clearly it is not being attended to. Since I have logged my complaint on Hello Peter, i have called your call centers, I have done a live Chat with Lesedi Ref ***6, I have logged a complaint via your social media, I have sent an email, I have phoned the Department that does the price lock. STILL NOT FEEDBACK , NO CALL > NOTHING !!! Don't fool people with your quick replies on Hello Peter, it does not help if you don't resolve your queries. So am am still waiting for my Price Lock Installation since mid February. Hope it will be done by next year,
