Still waiting for DSTV to return my call

<p>i called DSTV on the 20th December to add insurance to another decoder. The lady who I spoke to couldn't help me not too sure why but she said she would get the people from the insurance department to call me back. It is the 27th December and I still have not heard one single call!! How hard is it to add another insurance package to another decoder??</p>
