Still waiting for DSTV Explora on Price Lock

I was approved for DSTV price lock package with an Explora on the 6th of May, I received an sms stating that my order 674156 will be dispatched in the next 2-4 days. Its been 10 days and I have not yet received the order. After numerous calls to the contact centre I still do not know when the order will be delivered. The one agent can only say that it is on its way and the other claims that the price lock department will have to give me feedback on the status of the order but I will have to wait another 48 hours for them to respond. How long will it take to sort this issue out or at least get proper feedback???? This is becoming ridiculous
