Still waiting for any feedback MultiChoice

So we are at the start of the world cup and like everyone else we would love to watch the games and have the channel to watch it but we cant. because multichoice is given us such a bad signal that its impossible to follow anything on the screen. Display gets stuck more than actually playing. So like I mentioned previously an Andile phoned us eager to help but Andile also disappeared in thin air because her we are weeks later and still no improvement. As long as we keep paying. we cant phone no one, because then we need to go to a service center. if we go to our local service center we are told they will not even text the decoder because its decommissioned and then Andile says - that is not true, its a problem with their signal and nothing to do with decoder. so please tell me - what are we suppose to do in this country to get some sort of service from an institution that has the monopoly on sport?
