STILL WAITING FOR A CALL FROM A DSTV TECHNICIAN

Still waiting for a technician to call me back - after live chat messes up my entire streaming DSTV NOW account. Have spent at least six hours on the phone to the Call Centre and on live chat since last night trying to get assistance -all they can say is SORRY MADAM. Staff are woefully inequipped to deal with any technical issue and what’s worse is the tech problem is on their side as every other app on my devices are working perfectly so nothing wrong with ,y internet or my devices
