Still Waiting and Dissatisfied by Multichoice

It's been over three weeks since I've started writing on Hello Peter and Multichoice haven't even come close in resolving my problems that I initially wrote about in this platform. All I want right now is my refund and nothing else.

They responded on this platform saying they are still resolving this issue, but on my side nothing is being communicated or at least a follow up call saying how far they are, Nothing!.

I am more than disappointed because if you don't make a payment, they would disconnect you so quick, but they can't process my refund that happened on the 1st of February. Their service is very poor and you'd waste so much airtime calling and explaining the same thing over and over again every day. It's very exhausting and draining. I want my refund that's it.
