Still waiting!!! 7 days later

Typical of a place that you spend hours on the phone to, to get any information that you need. I have spent Atleast an hour in total trying to get a response from them so I decided to fill in the quiry submission online for it to say you will be contacted within 24-48hrs. It is now going past the 168hr mark and guess what still no response with an agent calling me. I submitted my 1st call back on Tuesday then again on Friday. I still don't have anyone calling me or trying to call me which is totally pathetic. I guess they want you to spend hours on the phone waiting for them. If Dstv wants me to subscribe to them and not anyone else better act fast cause I've already signed up and have free trial period with other online companies or might even just go to Top tv. It's way cheaper and only need it for my son to watch cartoons.
