Still Waiting!

My wife phoned Multichoice over three weeks ago to get us setup with an upgrade for Price Lock, she was informed she would get a call within 48hrs to get details to come install.

It's been over three weeks and nothing has happened, we have made several calls and still got the same pathetic story from their unprofessional consultants. This is utter nonsense, I've been bombarded with messages on my phone to get this deal and finally when I decided to this is the **** I get. As a loyal paying customer for years, it comes down to this... Just to come and install the damn thing is taking forever!

I'm actually considering Netflix which is by far cheaper, with more options to view and very quick to set up and running. Honestly disappointed, service is pathetic!
