Still waiting...

I called Dstv in June last to remove a second decoder from my account. I sent thru the change of ownership forms, to my surprise 2 weeks ago I find out it was never done and they allowed my ex husband to activate a package on MY account that I am paying for WITHOUT my permission. I spoke to a very rude unhelpful supervisor who was supposed to call me back within 2hrs with the call recording and feedback on my refund.... Its now a week later and no word from her or DSTV till today.<br> <br> I did not authorise DSTV or any third party to deduct money from my account for a package used on a decoder that I INSTRUCTED multichoice/DSTV to remove! I WANT THE CALL RECORDING AND MY MONEY BACK, NOW!!!
