Still not reconnected

I have since posted a review here and still today im not reconnected,i paid R415 on the 25/02/2021 and on the 26/02/2021 i upgraded to compact because when i initially paid that R415 of which i was told to pay by the teller because its what she sees on their system provided by DSTV..now after i upgraded dayz later on the 11/03/2021 my services were suspended without any NOTIFICATION WHATSOEVER.when i inquired i was told to pay and additional R380 to continue viewing,i mean i just paid the other day now i must pop up R380 that i dnt have of wich we could have settled the matter month end but nooooo not dstv. I then got a call after my review from a RUDE consultant he even dropped the phone on my ear while talking....till this day im not reconnected..now my family is without entertainment..im really hurting.
