Still no service after 9 days
i upgraded to premium beginning of August, and paid the full amount the 2nd of August. Up to now (10th August), after 10 calls made to the Call Centre, I've used up all my airtime, spent more than 90 minutes in total on the phone, getting the feedback every time that the system is giving them an error, but they'll escalate it and call me back. No-one has come back to me. I still have no service! I expected for this issue to have been resolved within a day. 1) when will my smartcard connectivity be sorted? 2) is Multichoice going to credit my account for the period I did not have service?
