STILL NO Satisfactory reply or RESPONSE from DSTV- complaint sent on 12 January 2024

I wrote to DSTV on 12 January 2024 I was supposed to have received the outcome of their investigation on 22 January 2024 DSTV- do not give me a pathetic reply that you are going to investigate my complaint and get back to me. YOU DO NOT GET BACK TO YOUR CLIENTS!!!!

Here below is my original complaint sent to *** TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN I am Stemray I Lesch- ID no *** Customer for more than 30 yrs Telephone- *** Time 3:53pm The screenshot, showed at 3:53pm my call lasted for 21mins 50sec. The call centre person said she would get back to me, after I explained my problem to her. She did not get back to me- she had verified my details- so she could call me back- SHE DID NOT CALL BACK NOR DID SHE RETURN WITH HELP TO SORT MY PROBLEM OUT=PATHIC SERVICE

TIME: 4:15 pm Call lasted 10mins25 sec- I asked to speak to the supervisor to your call centre worker- she did not come back to me- she verified my details- so she could call me back - the call was dropped = PATHIC SERVICE

TIME 4:28pm Call lasted 4mins49 - the supervisor was named to be Unati - I killed the call- and I am still waiting for UNATI to call me back= PATHIC SERVICE

I spent 36mins and 04 sec of my air time calling your call centre and your call centre has not called me back once to help sort out my problem. I am a loyal client of more than 30 years paying the Premium Package and not once was my payment late to MULTICHOICE.

If I do not receive an apology from your CAPE TOWN CALL CENTRE MANAGER, I am posting this email on all the MEDIA platforms available to me
