Still no Response for October 26th complaint

I have yet to receive a response from the company after I lodged a complaint and was informed via Hello Peter that my account was being reviewed. It's been 2 weeks now and all I need is a statement of my account and with the balance clearly noted. Why does it seem like I'm asking for trade secrets????
