Still no response

I complained about Multichoice and their accredited installer a week ago. They rep**** they would get back to me and of course still no reply. U are forced to use there accredited installers ( multi connect) and when they don't do a good job and you struggle to get them to come back and correct there faulty workmanship u get ignored. Dstv have said I should phone somebody else but now this is at my cost. The deal was for dstv to install. The whole reason why I took this package was because of the free??? Installation. I guess both these companies should be reported to the ombudsman. They don't keep to there contracts
