Still NO refund more then a month empty promise

Its is now still a month after a cancel my dstv and still have NOT receive my damn refund. It is the one excuse after another or lies. They first say it takes 7-14 days then the manager promise it takes 5-7 days and that I will receive my refund on Monday the 29th June so know I want to know which Monday the 29 of 2020 or the 2021 cause there is still no money. What else must I do before I receive my money. You people are quick to take the money but takes forever to give it back. People if I can give you advise do not take out a Dstv account they lie and just tells you stories. Would never ever make use of dstv ever again. They suck big time. They never know whats going on in your account.. I will go on every platform and complain and tell everyone how *** your service is.
