STILL NO REFUND!!!

We made two payments in September, when we noticed that we contacted Dstv asking for a refund on the other payment that was made.

My mom spent 3 days talking to their customer service, going back and forth with them giving her a million reasons why they won't refund her. She then said she was going to write a review on hello peter and that's when they said they will refund her. 26 September and STILL no refund.

DSTV is trash!!!!!
