Still no refund after a month.

I have cancel my dstv account a month ago and they took a debit other on my bank they told me 7-14 days dor the refund which is past that days going for 20 day and more everytime i phone they have no clue and the live chat keep telling the refund is on its why never have I see such poor service and I am so sick and tired of hearing the same lame excuses. I want my refund like yesterday and will not recommend you guys to friends and family. Poor pathetic service. Tou don’t even deserve a 1 rating.
