STILL NO REFUND!!!

On the 2nd July 2020 I noticed that a large amount of the monthly was deducted from my bank account by DSTV/Multichoice, I was then told that it was an annual fee of which I did NOT authorize. I immediately made phone calls to DSTV regarding the matter. Despite numerous international phone calls to DSTV and being assured that a refund has been processed, I'm yet to receive the money owed to me. I've run out of patience with DSTV and I'm in the process of seeking and taking legal advice against DSTV. It was easy for DSTV to debit my account however when it's time to refund, it's taken over one (1) month and still NO REFUND.

Frankly DSTV doesn't deserve a single star on this rating!
