Still NO progress

This is very sad it's almost been 3 weeks since my first try but still nothing. This is why customers get angry!<br> <br> Sometimes we just get let down and no one keeps their word on anything, but it's easy and fast to phone someone for arrears account or list them on ITC!<br> <br> What more should i do to get my name clear on ITC. I app**** for a new job and the two things they're going to do is to do a crim and itc check! Guess what? I am trying to restore my relationship with MC to get my name off the itc,but clearly they've got enough customers to even be worried about losing any.<br> <br> Kind Regards<br> Just another complaining customer
