still no magazine

After complaining endlessly, since December last year, I have still not received a printed copy of the DSTV magazine since November 2016. A number of my friends receive it regularly, yet numerous telephone calls and several visits into the offices in Umhlanga have failed to resolve this. I pay a lot each month and for various reasons want the magazine, as I can't rely on the online guide to see which programmes might interest me. How difficult can it be to put me on a mailing list? Each time I call the person I speak to is very friendly and sympathetic and I am told it will be escalated, but nothing happens and no one senior has ever explained why I am unable to receive a magazine. What more must I do???
