21 Jul 2021, 22:15Last week I escalated dstv regarding the incompetency from the agents to there team leaders have . It’s been over a month and a half and must device and installation still has not been done till date !!! No comms what so ever from any management or so called team leader the agents are forever “escalating “ too. Countless calls made and no answer to explain on where the device and installation will take place. I have never experienced such horrible customer service from this organization and regret doing the price lock deal telephonically. When some agent or team leader decides to work on this matter I need a FULL EXPLANATION on what was the delay for the whole month and a half . I’m disgusted at the level of service one gets these days.
