still no feedback on change of ownership

I have requested for a change of ownership since from the 6th of September sent an email with all supporting documents to change of ownership and ********** but didnt get feedback after sending an email 3times already

finally i sent it to the social media Facebook page and was told they would attend to my request and was later advised they had a technical error that was escalated before they could do the change of ownership , i have received communication that the decor insurance has been cancelled but the change of ownership still nothing

i have follow up twice already and was promised feedback the soonest last followed up on the 19th of September to date nothing why should i be the one following up all the time
