Still no feedback

<p>I have spoken to one of the managers and I'm still waitng on feedabck regarding recordings, Nobody has come back to me. Poeple admited of informing me incorrect and yet there is nothing they can do, is this the service you provide to a customer, that has been with you for many years? Really really dissapointing. Not what I expected from a company your size. What happens with the slogan "MNET cares" ? Nobody seems to care. Awaiting feedback. Regards Lars</p>
