Still No EXPLORA

I have been smsing mutlichoice for their explora special since December and each time I sms they charge me R1 mind you . We are busy trying to take advantage of the Explora special but don't seem to get any luck. I smsed on my mothers behalf as she doesn't have a cellphone. The first time they called and put them through to my mother. we were told that application was being refered and we would get a response in 3 days. After a week we had no response so we made another application. We then were told no application had been made so we made another application. Then we waited again. No response or feedback. We then smsed again. We were then told that the application was approved but was cancelled as no one could get hold of us. We then were told that the application was being taken up, to who I don't know. I keep wondering if this isn't a joke. I have just finished smsing again but I doubt Ill get my desired response. Terrible service I must say
