Still No Customer Service

After struggling with poor customer service and a review of Hellopeter was logged, I did get a call and was assisted to get the way to access the vouchers. However, the one voucher code keep on sayin that it is invalid. Again try customer service, but again it is a lost case. Just promised and nothing happened. Not sure why DSTV do have this Chat Service. Spoke to Promise Sithole on the 23rd, to Khanyi on the 24th, to Mhlungisi Mazibuko on the 28th. Absolute no customer service. All you get is that we will let you know withing 48 hours, and then nothing happen.
